Zucchini Crisps Recipe

Zucchini Crisps Recipe

What You’ll Need

  • 3 zucchini
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make

Get the oven preheated to 450 Fahrenheit. Get a baking sheet and coat it in your preferred cooking spray. Then, cut the zucchini into quarter-inch slices. Get a medium bowl and add the olive oil, and dip the zucchini slices in it.

Next, get a smaller bowl and add the parmesan, salt and pepper and bread crumbs. Dip the zucchini slices in this mix and make sure they get well-coated. Place these coated slices on the baking sheet in one layer and put them in the oven.

Bake the zucchini slices for about half an hour. Keep an eye on them and make sure they’re crisp before you remove them from the oven. It may take as long as 35 minutes, depending on your oven. Once they’re done, take them off the sheet with a spatula, carefully!

Get a large serving plate and serve them hot! Just make sure no one burns their fingers or mouth when they go to eat these delicious zucchini crisps!
