What You’ll Need

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup of white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

How to Make

First, we need to hard-boil the eggs. If you know how to do that, skip this first step. If not, no worries! We’ve got the instructions for how to do it right here.

Start with a large pan and place the eggs in it. Add water until the water is about one inch above the eggs. Bring the water, with the eggs in it, to a boil, cooking on high heat. Once it’s boiling, cover the pan and turn the heat down and allow it to simmer for one minute. Turn the heat off and leave the pan covered and let the eggs cool four about 15 minutes. Finally, take the eggs out and rinse them under cold water for a minute.

Crack the eggshells and peel them off carefully. Dry them, as gently as you can, and then slice them in half carefully. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl to the side. Put the whites on a plate to the other side. Next, the yolks will be the base for our filling. Add the mayo, mustard, vinegar and salt and pepper to the bowl and mix well!

Now, take the filling and distribute it evenly into the hollow left by the yolks in the egg whites. This next part is critical: put the paprika on top! It’s the finishing touch that makes the eggs delicious! Now you’ve got deviled eggs! Now, serve them chilled and let your guests enjoy. They’re downright delicious, so make sure you snag a few!
