What You’ll Need
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon rind from the lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra light if you have it)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Smoked Paprika
How to Make
Blend all ingredients, adding water as necessary until the desired consistency is reached. Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Eat right away, or for the best result, refrigerate for at least four hours to let the flavors blend.
