Thanksgiving 2018 is almost here! We all have that one side dish we can’t wait to dig into every year, and it isn’t any different for even the most famous of celebrity chefs.
The famous chefs from Food Network shared their favorite Thanksgiving sides and you might just want to add them to the top of your list.
Trisha Yearwood isn’t just an amazing artist on stage, she’s also one of Food Network’s most loved superstar chefs. She even published a best-selling cookbook Home Cooking with Trisha Yearwood where the world learned her favorite Thanksgiving side dish, cranberry orange relish.
I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Thanksgiving dinner that didn’t have rolls. Bobby Flay doesn’t think so either since his favorite side dish happens to be his very own Parker House rolls. Who doesn’t love a fluffy buttery roll on Thanksgiving though?
Alex is a frequent Chopped judge and also acts as a mentor on America’s Best Cookbook. On her own show, Alex’s Day Off, she prepares delicious meals. Her favorite side dish may be my new favorite as I can’t wait to try it. Mashed potatoes with twist! Baked and smashed goat cheese potatoes.
If your Thanksgiving includes Turkey, there’s no doubt stuffing is on the menu as well. Andre Zimmern’s favorite side dish is just that. His recipe includes a lot of the standard stuffing ingredients, but adds a savory touch that’s right in the name of it – Andre Zimmern’s chestnut stuffing.
I don’t think Thanksgiving would be complete without a delicious green bean casserole! And every household could use a little Guy Fieri. His version of green bean casserole includes a medley of wild mushrooms and the perfect crunch on top that makes this dish so desired.
Now that I have you hungry and full of ideas, you can take the guess-work out on what makes their dishes so fabulous. Just head over to The Food Network or the chef’s own websites to get the full recipes!
